      No pros about this - need to fill the 20 word minimum. Stay away from this company. Need more word.

      Cons

      Complete scam and waste of time. Do your research before accepting an interview with this “group of entrepreneurs”. The government should regulate businesses like this and the hundreds similar out there. It is illegal and violates labor laws. Employees are not treated fairly and yes, that includes compensation

      Pros

      Some of the other employees were fantastic people. Other than that there was nothing good.

      Cons

      The hours are insane. It's straight up door-to-door sales, no matter what position you apply for. Training isn't paid, even if they tell you it will be. Management doesn't understand the environments they send you into. Management does not pay attention to lower level employees ever.
