Fun environment, but poor treatment of employees

Pros

mindless work, can be a fun environment

Cons

I've worked at big companies like Target, McDonald's, etc. and those managers treat employees better than the manager and owner at limitless. Please humble yourselves, it's a "mom n pop" shop. Treat your MINOR employees better.

Great job! Bad company

Pros

I found a calling being a Game master, and love all aspects of it, resetting, cleaning, briefing and debriefing. The actual job is a pro, but that’s about it.

Cons

Management. Employees are not taken care of at all, there’s no attempts to reconcile or mediate, there is no HR. When asked, General Manager [Tracy] stated she was HR. The only one above her is the Owner and there is no getting in contact with him. It ends with her. The axes are a disruption your games, they don’t care about guest experience, and don’t try to rectify this in anyway. Employees are put into unsafe and often dangerous positions. Minors closing, drunk and belligerent customers, unwanted advances from staff and customers. They don’t care about losing you or what happens to you on the clock. Nothing could make them care, even the worst things that can happen while you’re clocked in.

Pros

Lots of downtime, fun side tasks, overall easy job

Cons

Terrible manager, being guilted for not working off the clock, sudden high stress moments while working alone, management is discriminatory/insensitive to queer folk, very limited hours
