Pros

* Office environment is fun * Catered lunches sporadically * Beer cart a few times a year

Cons

* Small company no advancement opportunities * They value quantity over quality * Hard work isn't recognized * Processes are up for interpretation (it all depends on who works a mistake to place blame) * They place great emphasis on the clients even when they are wrong, they are always right. No one sticks up for the employees * Half of the managers do not do anything. * If you're family, you're hired immediately regardless if you're capable of actually doing the job * No 401K match * No department togetherness, everyone is more concerned with making themselves look better by making you look bad vs helping each other

Pros

Co-workers are great. Different shifts to pick from, but it is a 24/7 company and holidays are expected to be worked. If you don't volunteer, it counts against the "flexibility" metrics for your review.

Cons

Limolink says they care about quality and not quantity. You're rushed to get off your call and get to the next call, email reservation, or online booking. Management hovers over you pressuring you to wrap things up as quickly as possible, but must not make any mistakes otherwise you'll be terminated. New staff is hired making more than the staff that has been there for years. The raises are horrible and there is no room for advancement. If a position does open up, they don't allow others the opportunity to apply, they pick someone they already have in mind. The metrics for the job are unrealistic. You get a lot of vacation time, but with many blackout dates and if 1 other person is on vacation that day (even if not on the same shift), you don't get vacation. The turnover rate is high and they don't staff adequately. If a client is rude to you, they are still in the right and management does not support you... Not a good place to work.
