Pros
Great Boss. Great Co-workers. Good pay & Amazing benefits. Training and skills in very important areas. That has provided large opportunity later on.
Cons
HR & Corporate policies. They can be extremely conflicting or outright in opposition to what they want achieved. Often times it felt like The regional & above, especially HR, didn't understand the ground work or the situation in the area.

Pros
Large strong company that cares about its pt's. Has good benefits and stability. Good training, teamwork, and local staff and management.
Cons
Company has high expectations for work ethic and expects employees to do what is asked of them. Not sure that that is a negative. I worked here for a while and did see some negative employees come and go that were not interested in doing what they were asked and blamed the company for there shortfalls.
