      Pros

      A very nice place to learn as a fresher.

      Cons

      There is no quality projects for experienced engineers and as well as no coding standards have been maintained. One more thing HR behaviour is not good.

      Pros

      I worked as a developer at Linchpin for 2 years. It was an awesome experience. The people are there to take challenges and also fulfil them. Great place for freshers to start their career. I would recommend joining this firm as this will make you even more mature in your technical skills. The Directors are really very cooperative and treat the employees as friends. The Directors always push back the dev teams and are really supportive.

      Cons

      There is no consistency with the developers and their projects. If someone is working on a project for a good time, he/she is moved to other projects and a new guy joins with the current project which makes pacing a bit difficult due to the changes. Role of HR department is still ambiguous.

      Pros

      The team at Linchpin is very supportive and motivating. The creative head was always willing to teach us and help us grow. The office environment is very energetic and friendly.

      Cons

      No downsides as such it was a great experience.
