      Pros

      Lincoln Manufacturing has qualified employees in all areas of the company that strive to deliver results. The owner has a detailed understanding of the oil and gas industry.

      Cons

      The downsides are: 1.The state of the facilities.Unfortunately the buildings are not clean or in good shape. They just don't present well. 2. The owner used foul language on a regular basis and rarely speaks to employees. It's very unusual.

      You’ll make just enough to pay your bills.

      Cons

      If you are looking to work together you have got the wrong company. It’s a consistent fight between quality and production. They wonder why so much of their product gets returned, meanwhile production force feeds product and makes quality bend in every direction to comply. Also seems to be a lot of fraternizing between plant manager and production. While ignoring quality entirely. Ever walked up to a plant manager and stuck your hand out for a hand shake and said good morning sir and he ignores you and keeps walking? Welcome to Lincoln manufacturing.

      Pros

      At least they give you a weeks vacation to be used after the first month I think.

      Cons

      No opportunity for growth. I worked there for 2 years and constantly aspired to work hard and move up and everyone there that moved up didn't speak English and was right there to try to make me look bad. And prevent me from doing anything that was a step up in job title.
