Critical times at Lincoln

Pros

Good vacation benefits and flex times

Cons

Lincoln has been fostering an unhealthy climate within it's own leadership for the last couple of years, which is now very negatively impacting the trust within the Lincoln organization and with it's own employees that work hard for this non-profit company. No one is listening! Why is Chris Stoner-Mertz the president not taking care of business? Where is the board? Do they see we have a retention problem within Lincoln? Why are all the good employees leaving or being pushed out by untrained managers and management, bad behavior and biased behaviorism in just about every level of of Lincoln?

I am sorry to hear that your experience at Lincoln was not positive and would welcome a chance to get your feedback directly. In the past six months, we have increased clinical staff salaries in an effort to recruit and retain outstanding employees. We have made employee retention a priority and have improved our rates significantly in the past year. It is our dedicated staff working every day with children and families in our communities that makes Lincoln such a great organization. We value the feedback of our staff and appreciate the time you took to give us yours.

Pros

Great Co-Workers who really want to do a great job

Cons

Very Poor "Senior" Leadership. Employees are encouraged to by CEO to submit good reviews on Glassdoor in order to improve recruitment. If it was a healthy work environment, then there should be no need for fake good reviews. People are leaving everyday.

Pros

- The people are wonderful - They allow their clinicians a lot of leeway in planning therapy - Their clinical supervisors are very knowledgeable - Their trainings are good

Cons

- No onboarding process - No flex time for doctor appointments - Terrible worker's comp doctors - Management had no idea who was actually responsible for what duties - Management failed to facilitate communication between the clinicians and the schools - Billable requirements were nearly impossible to meet during the onboarding process, and we were shamed for not meeting billables while also not trained on how to do our jobs - Not enough contact with clinical supervisors
