Unfortunately, the management is totally incompetent, and the whole system is massively corrupt. Let me tell you some examples. There are strong bonds between colleagues, some form a love couple within a team, and there are some employees who have been friends with the manager for years and, despite their poor performance, would never be fired. However, those who are truly talented and want to get promoted, they never can. Colleagues who have company cars are not required to report how much they have driven or which partners they have visited. Plus, did you know that the manager has his own company - outside Lindab-, that also operates in the same area?
