      Pros

      Great co-workers, nice roof-top deck, and good vacation policy, but that's irrelevant since they never let you take any time off. If they do, they will make you change your plans at the last minute. Everyone acts happy on the surface, but you have to walk on egg-shells and keep your mouth shut or risk upsetting the one with the "God Complex".

      Cons

      No annual reviews or a process for professional development. Beware of this company. They can't keep certain positions filled. If you are interviewing for a job here, make sure you meet with everyone you will be reporting in to, and question them as to why this position is open and how many times it has been filled in the past 5 years.

      A few great people amongst the worst human beings you'll ever meet.

      Cons

      If you have any talent, work ethic, drive, passion or will to succeed—this company will make it repeatedly clear that none of those things matter. You are worthless. Your work means nothing. You are a cog in the wheel, meant to separate wealthy travelers from their money. When I started working here, I thought I could make a difference. I thought that my work could actually matter. Now, as a direct result of working for this company, I no longer have a will to live. My suicidal thoughts increase exponentially with every passing day.
