New Berlin Campus. Parts are great and parts are awful. I love working here but management sometimes frustrates me.
Pros
Activities is amazing. Head of activities is a wonderful person. Very caring. DON is fabulous and tries really hard to make sense of it all, but I don’t see the upper management support. Most CNA’s are fabulous but there are a few terrible ones. You can’t write them up because then you are being racist. There are many great people. Our education person and nurse managers are really great. They help out and are very pleasant. Very hands on. Therapy is great. They are pleasant and caring. Beautiful facility. Could be cleaner. Dietary department is awesome. Beautiful meals.
Cons
Not sure about the administrator. Not very hands on. Stays in his office. Corporate people aren’t really there. They don’t know most of us. Not friendly. They don’t even say hello or do I see even an acknowledgement to the residents. Not much support. Talking and laughing in an office while everyone else is busy. Not hands on at all. Kind of snobby. I never see corporate people there unless state is there. Communication is awful. No one tells you anything.
