in my 20+ Years I have worked in a professional setting I have never experienced the things that I’ve experienced at Lindmark. In the almost 2 years I was employed. I never received a performance review, never received a merit increase, never received a performance bonus. The structure at Lindmark Has the leaders at the top getting all the benefits and the support team picking up the slack. Instead of being viewed as the foundation of the company, you are viewed as just support. As support staff, your bonus is based on others performance. You are told you need to do your job better so the money makers of the company can do their job better and earn your bonus. There are no awards, no opportunities of giving back to employees, no employee lunch and learns, no employee Retreat as stated on their careers website, No employee Christmas party, no Christmas bonuses, and no opportunities for advancement
