Bad management
Pros
This place has potential but that won't happen until management becomes a team.
Cons
Management team is not on the same page let alone the same team. My manager would tell me to do something and another manager would tell me that my manager had no idea what she was doing and not to listen to her. My second day there I was told who to stay away from certain people that were just mean and not to let them get to me. I asked why people like that are allowed to be that way I was told I have no clue. The owner telling their employees that he doesn't like the fact that the general manager doesn't handle anything and that he just sits on prolems should have been the last red flag for me. The sales rep said it best. This place take good people, chews them up, and spits them out.
