Oportunity to meet stakeholders from different industries. Textile rental service is a modern business with a potential to grow in european markets.

Cons

Inadequate standard offering rather than customized solutions. Lack of empowerment on all levels. To many written instructions. Inadequate local market solutions. No trust between HO and subsidiaries.

Nothing Great There is lot of difference in their words and action.

Cons

Pathetic Top management....Clueless how People are making fool of them. even from CEO.... Few of the country heads adopt policy of " Fool the world to rule the world" and poor Finnish Management unable to understand.

The ground floor staff are amazing

Cons

They preach about career possibilities but the reality is there are none. There is no training you are just expected to know or pick it up as you go But you will still get dragged over the coals when you get it wrong.
