I joined Lindy to get in on the ground floor to build amazing products in the cutting edge of AI, and it's exactly what I expected. We move really fast, there is no politics or red tape to get in the way, and it feels like every week the product gets 2x better. I joined because I wanted to be part of the journey of growing a small startup to a huge business, and I feel like we're really poised to make that happen. This is the place for you if you want to be part of that journey too. We work really hard and the CEO/leadership are intense, but extremely low ego and receptive to feedback. I've already noticed at least 3 things brought up as areas for improvement that we acted on, and I've been here for barely a month. Whereas in larger companies, these suggestions would die in an HR suggestions google form somewhere, at Lindy they're a 15 minute conversation in the office that turns to action instantly. The team is highly motivated and competent. I've been really surprised by how just "letting people cook" turns into constant improvements of the product and the codebase. Lastly, the office is high energy and fun. Lindy prioritizes in-person work in our SF office, which means everything moves faster and more easily. I've learned more by just walking over and chatting with people in the office than I could ever have through zoom meetings.

Awesome team and culture. High level of autonomy to make decisions and lead projects. There's a clear vision and focus, which is refreshing for an early-stage startup. Office perks are great too.
