total dedication to the needs of the customer
good technology and opportunities to advance
ownership and management is truthful in its assesment of performance and supportive when associates need it - especially long term associates
Cons
can be a bit "old school" in management techniques
must be comfortable in a "blue collar" environment
office facilities are comfortable but not great - very very quiet offices
From an hourly standpoint, it could be a decent part time job for someone who just needs a little bit of job experience before they find something better.
Cons
The lack of respect from upper management to its employees. There were too many times where weekends were made mandatory, so the balance of work and life is pretty bad. For the hourly employees the pay was not good.
