This is a great company to work for

Pros

They stand by their mission. They make sure the employees are taking care of their own well-being. They give a lot of PTO. Very understanding supervisors and kind upper management.

Cons

Medical insurance is Kaiser, and if you are not living in a state that Kaiser is available then it can be hard to find providers. Work can be difficult.
