      Limited growth, and poor recognition

      Pros

      Remote work flexibility and nice workmates, but that's all.

      Cons

      - There are very limited opportunities for professional growth. You can work hard for years and still not move forward. Recognition is minimal and seems to depend entirely on business needs. Promotions often go to the same people who are already in senior positions. - The benefits are poor. - You also can’t rely on annual salary increases, since sometimes they simply don’t happen. This means you can remain on the same salary indefinitely while still being regularly evaluated on your performance, evaluations that ultimately provide little value to employees. The people making decisions do not seem to have a clear direction or long-term vision, which creates a disorganized company structure.
