Pros

*You would be working for a good cause. *Good health benefits.

Cons

*Obvious showcase of favoritism. *They do not promote from within, and on the rare occasions that they do, it's for the same few people (mainly managers promoting other managers). *Unpaid overtime--and sadly It is expected for employees to work HOURS past their set hours everyday. *High turnover rate (especially their sales department). *Management has been known to take away any previously approved PTO if the company does not make their sale's goal for the month. *False promises from management. *Their computer systems are outdated-- making it difficult to work efficiently. *They do not have a set training program, so hopefully you have a friendly co-worker who is willing to show you how their systems work. *Management is extremely unprofessional.

Pros

remote work is probably the only good thing about it.

Cons

The company expects a lot despite offering low wages and lacks competitiveness in the market. Be cautious, as underperformance can lead to write-ups and an environment focused more on making things constructive rather than genuinely supportive.

A Company Rife with Unfair Employment Practices and Poor Management

Pros

Lingraphica was a struggling but lovely company when I first joined. As it grew and as the uber liberal and staunchly DEI agendas were promoted, it turned into a real nightmare.

Cons

Promotion of a very politically liberal culture where straight white conservatives are targeted. Poor management….people who are ill equipped (but clearly due to nepotism) are put in leadership roles they cannot handle
