      None, newbies will get super confused because everything is too messy.

      Cons

      The pay seems too good to be true, but not worthy bcz alot of efforts and hours needed, plus the super messy instructions. - No training, guidance, briefing what so ever. Instructions are all over the place, messy. Some mods and admins are rude and disrespectful. Newbies who join the discord will get super confused with what's going on, too messy. - My previous review got deleted, and another bad review also non-existence anymore. - Mods and admins will kick people out without any reasons.

      A Good Place to Start your Career As A Translator

      Recruitment: - Done remotely via e-mail and at the last stage, whatsapp. - Translation standards required were all in black and white. - Just did as instructed after I'd passed the test, and I was in. Working environment: - All requirements regarding translation standards, job scope, and deadlines were clearly stated. - Been working from home since day 1. - No fixed working hours. - Online platform for translation was well equipped and user-friendly. - Bugs were usually fixed within a day. - Management/Senior members of the team were well organised and systematic. - Feedback was given for EVERY submitted work. I could talk to the specific editor for clarifications personally via the chat app. - The chat app provides us a safe space to rant and josh around with colleagues you've never met or yet to meet. Workload: - The requirement's 4k/day, For a newbie like me, it takes about 6-7 hours.

      Cons

      Recruitment: - I was left out halfway due to the change of person in charge. (But a short e-mail got me back on track. Phew!) Working environment: - Could only work when connected to the internet. No offline options available. Workload: - Not all projects are fun to translate. - Working without fixed hours requires immense self-discipline.

      Have a great chat with other freelancer in Discord server.

      Cons

      The company did not pay the salary according to number of tasks completed . Total minutes not reflected in the system. Employee must record number of minutes work manually to find out. The payment missing by 50% +. Please do not waste you time to work here.
