      Pay above average due to high turnover

      Management is insane. One of the owners has behaviour issues and other management need to manage him like a kid. Ask any recruiter or former staff member. This firm is literally used as an example by some in the industry for poor culture.

      Got a free 20 minute massage every month and plenty of snacks.

      Cons

      The worst culture I have ever seen. The turnover for staff was huge for a 27 person (at the time) company. They were going through 50 employees a year.
