Pros
Good technology in a competitive niche, A great core of people who genuinely liked each other and worked well together till changes in senior management decimated the atmosphere that had been built over many years.
Cons
If you are prepared to work in a toxic environment run as the personal kingdom of the new coo who cares more for how many Twitter views he gets than for the well being of his team, work under ludicrous micromanagement with minimal support and wildly unrealistic targets this is the place for you. Paid late more often than on time during my tenure and had to threaten court action to get my final salary.
