      Great place to grow your career

      Pros

      I came with past experience in recruiting and ended up learning a whole new craft in how to be a headhunter! The company provides great hands-on training and I've already been able to take on more responsibility with clients and work on more senior positions. We specialize in tech startups too so we get to work with founders and investors, and learn about new technologies and products all the time. I've already learned so much about new technologies and industries even just in the first few months! The team is super nice and has been extremely helpful as well.

      Cons

      The company is fully remote, which I know isn't for everyone. I actually love being remote and being able to make my own schedule but if you're not experienced working remotely it can be a transition.

      1. You get to make your own schedule 2. You work with people who genuinely want to see you succeed 3. You are appreciated & valued here and they go out of their way to make sure you know that 4. We get to work from home 5. If I'm sick they literally tell me to just rest and don't force me to work 6. If something unexpected happened and I can't work they are very understanding 7. It's a small very close team, EVERYBODY helps out and it's a team effort, you're not competing against somebody else 8. SOOOOO many opportunities to make more money 9. SUPER cool CEO and manager, when I get the chance to be around them it feels like we're friends and not coworkers 10. Honestly I could keep going on all day about how much I love working here

      Cons

      There really are no cons, it is a smaller company, we do have a very small team (right now) but that's not even a negative because it gives me more opportunity to take on more responsibility and make more.
