- not a corporation = easy going, result oriented (happy people and good code)
- not a startup = its a job, not a religion, so its fine to take a break when needed :)
- doesnt do IT projects for public sector or subleasing for big banks
- people are encouraged to use the most current version of software and try the work of other people (Scrum helps in this)
- coffee is fine, home office on friday is great
Cons
- no "famous" projects, so not that many people know the company, nothing big to show
- currently no Angular or React native development projects, I hope it comes before my knowhow gets old :)
- no product that could be sold - parts of code are sometimes recycled, but generally each project means a new start
