      Pros

      NO pros at all..this is a company that could care less about your safety, Disorganized...straight across the board! expect you to deliver on customer service but but when it comes down to treating your employees like human beings!! straight garbage!

      Cons

      Everything! Pompus management! garbage pay for sketchy work. company acts like they are doing you a favors. this companies turn around rate is flying at the speed of light.

      Pros

      They provide a company truck and a gas card. However, usually the worst trucks they have. Thats about it for the pros

      Cons

      you'll work 50-70 hours a week. Work starts at 6:30AM. Sometimes you'll be out until 11PM or later and have to get up for work again the next morning. They wont send you help, you're on your own. Employee moral is very very low. You can tell no one there wants to be there.

      Pros

      If this job is for you, you'll make a pretty descent living. It is generally piecework as a technician so you do have to "earn" it. Just merely showing up for work isn't going to be enough. If that is you, go work at McDonalds. Within 3 years of employment I was making 60K + a year. They have paid training, Vacation time, 401K, Health insurance, and a company profit sharing program.

      Cons

      It can be stressful, some performance goals can be hard to meet on a constant basis. (However this company strives to be the best at what they do, so setting goals high is important.)
