My experience with this company was disappointing due to a consistently poor workplace culture and lack of transparency from leadership. Staff turnover is extremely high, which makes it difficult to maintain continuity or build a cohesive team environment. The current management often come across as dishonest and disconnected, with decisions that don’t align with what’s communicated internally. There is also a noticeable lack of industry knowledge at the executive level, which impacts strategic direction and overall confidence in the company’s future. Overall, I would not recommend this organisation to professionals seeking stability, strong leadership, or a positive and growth-oriented career.

Negligent management, declining customer base, job insecurity, toxic culture and an obsession with enticing and hiring MX-51 staff. A CEO who is out of he's depth and unable to form or understand a strategy to move forward.
