Pros
- Most transparent company I have ever worked for! Once every quarter the CEO does a company wide meeting where he tells you everything that is going on. - It's exactly what you would think with the culture. People playing ping-pong but working really really hard. - No micro-managing for the most part. - Solving important problems every day.
Cons
Long hours without much flexibility but that might be the nature of the business otherwise it is great.

-You own the full cycle of the product like raising a baby, from scratch to the end users -Making progress everyday and people are always open to new creative ideas -Enjoy the craziness of changing all wheels while driving at 100mph -Fast and critical decisions are made every single minute -In a small team, everyone is responsible, autonomous and co-operative. -Multi-cultural environment, with people speaking many languages -People are positive and natural born optimists here -Productivity is very important, but maintaining your health is greatly encouraged -Company provides gym memberships plus professional health & nutrition consultation
Cons
-Need to work very hard (sometimes crazy hours) and remote working is discouraged -Sometimes the expectations or deadlines are very ambitious (high pressure) -Lower than average salary at this stage (saving and planning skills are required), but will be better in the future
