Too much theory, non-sense talks, and responsibility aversion making it hard to achieve goals and solve things due to a lack of a getting-things-done mindset. Many good people are leaving simply because not achieving their self-actualization in the career leaving old people with old mindsets in the company. Needing secretary just to book meetings between departments while having Outlook at the same time (proving that although positioning as IT company itself, essentially is a very traditional company)!
