      Pros

      There are some staff who do truly come to work to help the schools students.

      Cons

      School is meeting bare minimum of education standards, staff are unprofessional and not held to any expectations or standards and are unkind to the students; admin turns a blind eye

      The children were fun to work with

      Cons

      Admin treat everyone so nasty, they force people into higher positions and then hold things over their heads and if they don't do that they withhold jobs from those who deserve it. They higher people who gossip and make the work environment hostile. Admin show favoritism blantlingly. They also lie constantly to parents and the counties. Stating they have staff and kids are getting all their services when they are not. They are always understaffed and it makes the entire job unsafe.

      The children are delightful. The building is exquisite.

      Cons

      The administration does not care. They put demands on teachers that are impossible even if one works 12 hour days. They are not straight with parents.
