Extremely high turnover, low pay for the industry and role, lack of details and transparency for commission and retention bonuses. Less than half the team typically hits quota in a month. Even If you do hit the quota the management will micromanage your calls. The customers you work with are pissed that you are the 5th person that has been assigned to their account in the last 3 months (due to the terrible turnover). I recommend avoiding this place until there are major changes.
