Pros

Good company. Does good things for good people. Will be the market share holder long into the future. Expect to retire here

Cons

low pay. High expectations of senior people. Not enough help at the IT and administration level. Need to do better forecasting.

Pros

The end goal is meaningful; you are behind a great initiative to supply PPE to first responders

Cons

The CEO is quite possibly the cruelest man I have ever met. He is the first person to bad mouth you after you turn your back; numerous HR violations. The owners are so removed from the company, they have no idea what is going on or how people are REALLY treated in those 4 walls. They will encourage feedback but its only lip service. The company is a dictatorship. Do yourself a favor and dont even consider employment if you are a minority.

Pros

The employees genuinely work hard and take pride in what they do. Great product.

Cons

Upper management does not encourage unity between departments except for their twice a year in house picnic which you can only spend your lunch hour for. HR is a joke. Do not count on advancement, bonuses or raises. When hired your multi-tasking skills are taken too far. Your hired as one person but do the job of 3-4 all under the pretense of 'teaching' or 'training for advancement' without ever advancing or monetary compensation. 10, 15, 20 yr employees get a piece of paper for recognition of service or they simply are fired. Any great ideas by employees are shot down when the employees are the ones that see between the lines on issues between customers, vendors, corporate.
