Lion technology is where you go when you want your career to die, get ideas stolen, and are constantly lied to or manipulated. On top of all this, you are expected to be happy with no upward opportunities and a meniscal annual raise, even though you have been working twice as much because you are doing your job plus the jobs of the employees they just got rid of.
This is also a company that thinks that good morale is achieved by having a once a year ice cream social during the employees half hour lunch. Just make sure you dont get back to your desk 1 minute late or the leader of this company will make your life miserable.
It is unfortunate that this is a company with no innovative ideas just leaders that spend the day fake laughing in each other's offices, and if they are not fake laughing then they are lying and manipulating everyone around them. If you work for Lion, don't be surprised if your job duties get changed without your knowledge.
So, if you have a hint of talent, a crumb of self-respect, and don’t want to feel like an indentured servant chained to your desk in order to make it possible for the "leaders" to undeservedly drive a brand new European sportscar every year, then do not work at lion technology.
