      The pros to working with the company is being able to make a decent income. Also the opportunity that is provided by the company. The work environment is friendly and it's awesome.

      Cons

      Driving is good, parking in the city centre is insane.

      An excellent professional work environment and facilities. Recommendable leaders and guidance. The best place to gain knowledge and skills, best platform to further up your career.

      Cons

      Maidstone isn't the sexiest area on the planet, but it has its perks and fresh air.

      Promoter of equality and fair treatment

      Pros

      Fair treatment and equality among all people working there. Men and women get paid the same, no discrimination whatsoever. People receive full support and guidance should they share their worries or concerns. No one is perfect, and the company is ready to invest in coaching and training to help people get through the hardest moments of their careers and come out as true Lions.

      Cons

      The office is hard to find the first time, as it is on the first floor on a busy street.
