Pros
If you enjoy a boys will be boys attitude towards sexual assault, republican hatred of women, a Christian hatred of gays, a good ole boy attitude of superiority over people darker than you, no work/life balance, and getting consistently underpaid while you see those above you making literally millions, then you have found your holy grail. Joking aside it is a terrible place to work that will burn you out or disgust you enough with the way they treat humans enough to leave.
Cons
I didn't really like being told I had AIDS because I was gay. I was forced to work with an unstable coworker that had unprotected sex with an underage stripper with braces in Mexico while sitting next to me and letting me know when he "finished" inside her. Several girls were let go over the course of my time at Lipman when they expressed that they were being harassed by their manager, a long term employee. After a packing house manager made disparaging remarks about gay people, the CFO and head of IT tried to assuage the situation by saying that he had heard people use the N word in the fields towards workers but actually said the word. Like that was supposed to make me feel better. He takes his baby to the chiropractor and says he was "born to lead" so we know how tight his screws are. The place is rotten from the core.

If you come here with a poor attitude not willing to learn you will be passed over.
