Lots of parking. Some one the partners are good.

Cons

The managing partners don’t address issues and let certain staff treat the employees terriblibly.

Pros

Good working resources. Kind people. Excellent review process. Flexible work hours (sometimes....) Mentor program is good for CPA students.

Cons

"Flexible" working hours isn't really flexible. Bonus pay is bad. Salary increases are minimal. Overtime put in is virtually that of the Big four firms. Some in management position are unapproachable/ unkind.
