      Working at LIQUI MOLY is a lot of fun! My team is amazing and everyone really gets to be involved and share their ideas. Leadership is supportive, and the culture is positive and inclusive. What I love most is how everyone’s voice matters and how much people genuinely enjoy working together. It’s a place where hard work is appreciated, teamwork feels real, and coming to work doesn’t feel like a chore. I’m proud to be part of a company that values its people as much as its products.

      Stable company, reasonable remuneration and conditions.

      Cons

      Old school business, lots of men running the company who have been in the same role for a very long time. Difficult to change, limited innovation, very basic way of doing business.
