Pros
Innovative and creative environment. Opportunities to have a positive impact on volunteers.
Cons
Very little room for growth; leadership consists of four men with extremely big egos. If you're a worker bee, ready to do whatever it is you're told to do then you will succeed at Liquid and enjoy the work. However, if you are a leader in any way, or diverge from the opinions of the highest leadership then you are targeted. They do not fire at Liquid, they just make the work environment so horrible that employees quit themselves. For a Christian organization, it's cut throat and hypocritical. Your spirituality will certainly be tested and even questioned.

- Management is making huge progress in developing the staff professionally, spiritually and emotionally. - Christ-centered, open-door work environment. - Excellent pay and benefits for a non-profit church. - Opportunities to move into different areas.
Cons
- No women in Senior Leadership roles. (hard to believe such a forward-thinking church is doing this!) - Work week is Sunday through Thursday. - During big events, it is all hands on deck working crazy hours.
