Pros
Family friendly, flexible, small company feel, and free coffee.
Cons
High turn over due to low wages. Not enough females in high level management positions. Health benefits are too expensive for low pay. The company is behind the times & needs to be more competitive in today’s market. Not much room for advancement. Not enough paid time off. Unpaid Maternity leave. No perks or incentives. Has the capability of remote work, but won’t allow hourly employees to work remotely. Doesn’t give new hires adequate training, which causes more turn over.
