      We have done so much with such a lean team. Plenty of interesting problems yet to solve.

      Cons

      The vision and strategy long-term just isn't there. We should be crushing this. The market is wide-open. We cannot seem to capitalize on it.

      Pros

      Lot of autonomy and ways to grow as a technologist. Established company with mature and growing product(s). Very deep knowledge of imagery and visualization technology.

      Cons

      Very lean organization. Hard to get enough stuff done quickly enough. Lack of consistent focus on important things. Staff spread too thin to accomplish the great potential available. Risk adverse to a fault.
