Pros

- Challenging and interesting work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and behavioral science in healthcare communications - Strong start-up culture encouraging drive, initiative, and experimentation - Supportive executive team

Cons

- Meeting-heavy days (we just implemented No Meeting Mondays which should help) - Occasional lack of accountability/clarity in client work, because it's never been done before - Frequent fire drills to keep you on your toes!
