Pros
You get to go to a lot different Shoppers locations by yourself to represent the brand nobody is constantly looking what you are doing, so you get to improve each time, learning on your own mistakes.
Cons
Not recognizing good sales people.

Um...cheap product. Job can be fun at times
Cons
-incedibly disorganized company -will not tax you properly on your pay and say you don't know what you are talking about it you can even get hold of someone -they have incredibly high goals for the West coast based off east coast popularity - no support from your many levels of bosses -submitting paperwork for anything from hours to tax/ new hire paperwork is a complete headache that needs wine. They have literally no clue how to use computers.
