employees concerns are heard and is often times worked on it. the team I worked with was really competent and friendly. discounted entry for your friends and family. weekly feedback are requested and could be posted anonymously.

Cons

sudden absence request could be tricky. After working late shifts, it could be tricky to find a quick ride home.
