-Does not listen to idea's. Still machining same way they have for a decade, while their competitors are listening to ideas and going to the next level to reduce scrap/cost/cycle time.
-Exposed to lots of oil fumes from machines.
- Favoritism. OT communicated only to certain employee. No posting for all employee to see and sign up.
-Moving shifts are base on seniority and not who fits best for the job. Leaving trainer exhausted and with head ache.
-Annually reviews are a joke! You will have to rate yourself according to a "skills profile chart" that will determine your pay. Then supervisor will also rate you according to the chart. Be prepared to get rate low. Doesn't rate you base on what you know, but base on what your job consist of.
- Certain supervisor are unprofessional. Will give bad examples of a co worker to another co worker.
-Certain co workers likes to micro manages and decepts you into doing things the wrong way.
- Run quadriple(4) machine.
-Does not limit/eliminate internet and mobile usages of employees, leaving the employee who takes the job serious with extra work because the previous shift was too busy on their phone watching movies/facebook.
- Owner of company changes a lot, thus leaving employees struggling to deal with the changes.
-Longer shifts than other machine shop.
