The whole lisney dynamic is excellent with an excellent higher management team who really have their heart within the company. The HR team is excellent and endeavour to help with anything that may arise. There is an excellent work:social balance with Lisney with a lot of outings to reward their staff which shows how they put their people first. All staff member help each other out where possible.

I have recently been employed by Lisney and I must say the entire hiring and onboarding process was excellent. The HR department were extremely professional and accommodating. The person I was dealing with was very helpful and made me feel calm throughout the entire process. The interview process was also a great experience as it was more of an informal discussion to see if the role was the right fit for me and for the company. I never felt under pressure and had the freedom to ask any questions. The onboarding process was the most efficient I have experienced in my career to date. Everything was set up for me upon arrival and introductions and inductions were made immediately by HR. The team are very welcoming to new members and it helped that there were lots of company outings during the first couple of weeks. So far the culture seems great and there are a lot of benefits for employees to avail of such as extra annual leave on Summer bank holidays, early finishes, 1.25 hour lunch breaks, and company events. I would highly recommend Lisney.
