An intriguing melange of lot's of unstructured time and room for personal creativity combined with poor office culture.

Little day-to day, hour-to hour interference from seniors; lot's of time to discuss and create operational solutions to consulting or project problems; meeting innovative people and their ideas locally; active social events like celebrations of project success, personal occasions, yearly summer-party; stable income with covered social/medical security.
Cons
Dull survivalists strategies of repating (copy-pasting) old contents in projects, overemphasis on administrative process versus creative solutions, overadaptation to political milieu, no shared decision-making (most decisions made by two most influentual persons only), no strategic vision/mission (although performing services to the public), widespread alcohol consumption at work (weekly, if not daily).
