Poor leadership from the top - the owner, supervisors, and junior management. Co-workers treated disrespectfully in the open. Frequent yelling at co-workers by management in the open. Poor treatment and disrespect of interns. Witnessed other co-workers of falsely being accused of acts they did not commit. An overall lack of understanding of workplace etiquette.
