Pros
The management is flexible when you need time off. Free schooling if you work there for more than one year.
Cons
You are very overworked, for very little pay. They want you to be certified, once you are, they hardly increase pay. Barely any PTO, must work for over 3 months before benefits kick in. Unpaid maternity leave if needed. There is absolutely no room for growth or higher pay, no bonuses.
