      Overall great place to work, every project is different and Little Cinema is a company that always strives to do something fun and unique. Very generous unlimited PTO policy that is obeyed.

      Pros

      The people who you work with will be the most interesting and supportive people outside of the CEO, CTO, and COO. The clients and experiences are also worthwhile.

      Cons

      The work life balance. The completely disregard for employees who are burnt out and overworked. They will burn out resources and complain when brought to their attention. The CEO is an artist who knows nothing about technology and the CTO will belittle you in meetings in front of all your peers
