Good work-life balance, decent training and structure, nice colleagues, and the school itself was always clean and neatly organised.

Cons

Sometimes the kids could be nasty, but that's to be expected. Also, whenever we had to work remotely because of COVID, we had to go into the office rather than work from home, which I thought was odd because it then defeated the whole purpose of remote work... Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and it's very much what you make of it. However, don't go into it expecting it to be life changing.

Free lunch, accomodating to foreigners regardless of race Generous salary and housing allowance, also provides housing as an option Owner tries to provide a fair working environment, upholds work ethics. Management is friendly and professional. The best I've seen honestly

Cons

None that I can think of, but there is a lot of work. Time management is crucial, but that's the case everywhere
