      Island is beautiful and hours are flexible. Chill work environment.

      Cons

      Weather since it is outdoors however, a lot of resources are provided. Can require a lot of patience and awareness for long period of time since visitors are always asking questions.

      The changes that has happened are drastic. No longer an enjoyable place. Very divided.
