Pros
The coworkers located in Hudson, Ohio were fantastic to work with. The projects that you work on are extremely fun and rewarding. The pay was fair, along with the hours.
Cons
Poor leadership at the head of the company led to major turnover rates in the Marketing and Design teams. It was difficult to remain positive when so many friends were let go without reason. I have heard that the workplace has gotten more stable and the leadership has become less radical in their decisions.
